According to the director of the United Airports of Georgia - Ms. Ketevan Aleksidze, “New flights will contribute to increase of passenger flow and attraction of new tourists in Georgia”. With her words “Flights in direction of Donetsk and Kharkov will be performed twice a week at this stage, and when there is a demand, frequency of flights will increase from November and flights will be performed three times a week”. By the decision of the Central and East Europe’s largest low-cost airline – “Wizzair”, new flights to Lvov and Vilnius will be performed twice a week from March, 2014. Wizzair - is a low-cost airline, which gives an opportunity passengers to travel in different directions at a very low price. Currently Wizz performs the flights in direction of Warsaw, Kiev, Donetsk, Kharkov and Katowice from Kutaisi International Airport.
